ENGIE Group is a French multinational billion-dollar company headquartered in La Défense, Courbevoie, Paris – a leading and global reference in low-carbon energy and services. ENGIE’s purpose is to act to accelerate the transition towards a carbon-neutral world. In this project, I worked with the ENGIE South East Asia team with presence in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines to create an isometric illustration for the cover of the Carbon Neutral Economy brochure.

The illustration showcases the Microgrid located on Semakau Island Singapore which is the largest innovative multifluid microgrid pilot in South-East Asia (SEA) consisting of the tallest wind turbine in Singapore, solar panels, H2 full chain installation, battery, fuel cell vehicle etc. The illustration further shows how the Semakau microgrid and a remote microgrid will supply energy for a community (with renewable solutions for cooling, Thermal Energy Storage (TES), assets optimisation and urban farming), data centre, and industry (with smart factory, Liquid Air Energy Storage (LAES), etc).
The illustration hit all the right buttons and achieved its depiction of a carbon-neutral economy in accordance with the efforts of ENGIE.
